Sinopse

Pensilvânia: 1968: Em uma instalação militar algo extremamente grave aconteceu. Um vírus mutante que faz com que os mortos ressuscitem e se alimentem de carne humana foi descoberto. Enquanto a carnificina aumenta, um ataque ultra-secreto é ordenado. O exército achava que havia conseguido conter a epidemia. Eles estavam enganados. Trinta e sete anos mais tarde, o local onde o vírus foi descoberto se transformou em um hospital psiquiátrico. Mas, quando um estranho tubo é aberto por um grupo de pacientes, o vírus é novamente liberado.
